Common use of Minimum Borrowing Amounts; Maximum Eurodollar Loans Clause in Contracts

Minimum Borrowing Amounts; Maximum Eurodollar Loans. Each Borrowing of Loans shall be in an amount not less than $5,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof. Without the Administrative Agent’s consent, there shall not be more than eight (8) Borrowings of Eurodollar Loans outstanding hereunder at any one time.
