Minimum Amount of Service. Contractor agrees to devote a minimum of one hundred (100) hours per month to performing the above-described services.

Consultant shall devote up to ___ workdays over the initial one year term of this Agreement to the affairs of the Company, principally through the services of Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx. Anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, Consultant shall devote only so much time, in excess of eight (8) work days per month, to the affairs of the Company as it, in its sole judgment, deems necessary; and Consultant may represent, perform services for, and be employed by, any additional clients, persons, or companies as Consultant, in its sole discretion, sees fit.
