Common use of Military Clause in Contracts

Military. Military leave without pay shall be granted to any Employee who is inducted or enlists in the U.S. military service. The leave shall extend to three months after discharge or to three months after recovery from any wound or sickness at the time of discharge. A leave of up to two years without pay shall be granted to the spouse of any Employee who is inducted in the U.S. military.

Military. Military leave without pay shall may be granted to any Employee employee who is inducted or enlists in any branch of the U.S. military service. The leave shall extend to Armed forces of the United States for the said service and three (3) months after discharge thereafter or to three (3) months after recovery from any wound or sickness at the time of discharge. A similar leave of up to two years without pay shall may be granted to join him/her for the spouse period of any Employee who is inducted special training in the U.S. militarypreparation for duty overseas in combat zones.

A leave of up to two years without pay shall be granted to the spouse of any Employee who is inducted in the U.S. military.

The leave shall extend to armed forces of the United States for the period of said service and three (3) months after discharge thereafter, or to three (3) months after recovery from of any wound or sickness at the time of discharge. A leave of up to two years without pay shall be granted to the spouse of any Employee who is inducted in the U.S. military.

A leave of up to two years without pay shall be granted to the spouse of any Employee who is inducted in the U.S. military.

The leave shall extend to armed forces of the United States for the period of such service or three months after discharge or to three (3) months after recovery from of any wound or sickness at the time of discharge. A similar leave of up to two years without pay shall be granted to the employee whose spouse of any Employee is so inducted or who is inducted in the U.S. militaryenlists.

Military. 78. Military leave without pay shall be granted to any Employee employee who is inducted or enlists in any branch of the U.S. military service. The leave shall extend to armed forces of the United States for the period of said service and three (3) months after discharge thereafter, or to three (3) months after recovery from of any wound or sickness at the time of discharge. A similar leave of up to two years without pay shall be granted to the spouse of any Employee employee who is so inducted in the U.S. militaryor enlists.

Military. Military leave without pay pay, consistent with the Family Leave Act shall be granted to any Employee employee who is inducted or enlists in any branch of the U.S. military service. The leave shall extend to Armed Forces of the United States for the period of said service and three (3) months after discharge thereafter, or to three (3) months after recovery from of any wound or sickness at the time of discharge. A similar leave of up to two years without pay shall be granted to the spouse of any Employee who is inducted inductee or enlistee to join him/her for the period of special training in the U.S. militarypreparation for duty overseas in combat zones.

Military leave without pay shall be granted to any Employee employee who is inducted drafted into any branch of the armed forces of the United States for the period of said service and three (3) months thereafter, or enlists in the U.S. military service. The leave shall extend to three months after discharge or to three (3) months after recovery from of any wound or sickness at the time of discharge. A similar leave of up to two years without pay shall be granted to the spouse of any Employee employee who is inducted so drafted in order to join him/her for the U.S. militaryperiod of special training in preparation for duty overseas in combat zones.
