METHODS AND EQUIPMENT. (1) The methods and equipment used by the Responsible Party and/or Contractor shall produce a satisfactory quality of work. Equipment used on any portion of the project shall be such, and its use so regulated, that no serious or irreparable damage to the roadway, adjacent property, or other streets or highways will result from its use. If damage does occur to these areas, suitable repairs shall be made at the Responsible Party’s expense.
