Common use of Method of Subscription Clause in Contracts

Method of Subscription. The Purchaser is requested to complete and execute this agreement online or to print, execute and deliver two copies of this Agreement to the Company, at StepOne Personal Health, Inc., ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, along with a check payable to the order of StepOne Personal Health, Inc. in the amount of the aggregate purchase price of the Shares subscribed (the “Funds”). The Company reserves the right in its sole discretion, to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any and all subscriptions for Shares.
