Common use of Method of Subscription Clause in Contracts

Method of Subscription. The Purchaser is requested to complete and execute this agreement electronically or to print, execute and deliver two copies of this Agreement to the Company, at 2000 Xxxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000 along with payment to Clean Energy Technologies, Inc. in the amount of the aggregate purchase price of the Shares subscribed (the “Funds”), as set forth on the signature page. The Company reserves the right in its sole discretion, to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any and all subscriptions for Shares.
