Method of Pay. Employees shall be paid bi-weekly by direct deposit to the employee's credit in a branch of a chartered bank, Credit Union, or trust company, as designated by the employee, with a computerized system compatible with that used by the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board. The Employer will make records of earnings available to employees electronically.

Method of Pay. A. A direct deposit system exists for direct bank deposits of the monthly paychecks. The date of the direct deposits will be the fifteenth (15th) of each month.

All trip expenses, such as fuel, oil, repair, etc. that are the District’s responsibility, must be arranged by the District whereby the driver is not expected to pay out of personal money and later be reimbursed.
