Method of Pay. (a) Bi-weekly pay rates shall be derived from monthly rates in accordance with the following formula: monthly rate x 12 = bi-weekly rate
Method of Pay. Employees shall be paid bi-weekly by direct deposit to the employee's credit in a branch of a chartered bank, Credit Union, or trust company, as designated by the employee, with a computerized system compatible with that used by the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board. The Employer will make records of earnings available to employees electronically.
Method of Pay. L-1 Full-time Nurses may, upon giving notice to their Department Head on or before the tenth (10th) of the month preceding, receive their vacation pay prior to taking their scheduled vacation.

The driver would be paid for all driving time within a twenty-four (24) hour period beginning at 12:01 a.m. and in addition thereto would be paid eight (8) hours waiting time out of the twenty- four (24) hour period. Any portion of a twenty-four (24) hour period after the 12:01 a.m. involved in a trip, where the full twenty- four (24) hour period is not involved, shall be paid first at the regular hourly rate for actual driving time and the remaining portion of the twenty-four (24) hours shall be paid at waiting time up to a maximum of eight (8) hours. All trip expenses, such as fuel, oil, repair, etc. that are the District’s responsibility, must be arranged by the District whereby the driver is not expected to pay out of personal money and later be reimbursed.
