Method of Operations. Mulching shall be placed to a depth of three (3) inches. Maintain mulch at 3 inches clear from all tree trunks. All mulch shall bePine Bark unless otherwise specified. Mulch shall be placed by hand in a loose consistency and shall not be matted or compacted. Mulch shall be placed in such a manner as to provide a neatly groomed appearance in accordance to industry standards.
