Common use of Method of Operations Clause in Contracts

Method of Operations. The contractor shall straighten all designated trees. The Contractor shall eliminate all bracing and tree supports as trees become self- supportive. Tree supports that must remain shall be kept in good repair and functioning at all times with trees fully protected. If at any time, the work is deemed unsatisfactory by the County’s Representative, the services will be performed again at no additional cost to the County.
