Common use of Method of Distribution Clause in Contracts

Method of Distribution. The Trustee shall make distributions in respect of a Distribution Date to each Certificateholder of record on the related Record Date (other than as provided in Section 10.01 respecting the final distribution), in the case of Certificateholders of the Certificates, by wire transfer in immediately available funds to the account of the Person entitled thereto if such Person shall have so notified the Trustee in writing at least five Business Days prior to the Record Date immediately prior to such Distribution Date and is the registered owner of such Certificates the aggregate initial Certificate Principal Balance or Notional Amount of which is in excess of $5,000,000, or by check mailed by first class mail to the address of the Person entitled thereto, as such name and address shall appear on the Certificate Register, provided that the Trustee may deduct a reasonable wire transfer fee from any payment made by wire transfer. Distributions among Certificateholders shall be made in proportion to the Percentage Interests evidenced by the Certificates held by such Certificateholders.
