METER LOCATION. The gas meter shall be placed on the Consumer’s property at a point which the Co-op shall have the sole right to determine. The Consumer may designate his choice of location prior to construction and so notify the Co-op and the Co-op may comply with the Consumer’s wishes if in the opinion of the Co-op the location is suitable and practical for technical and safety reasons.

METER LOCATION. Unless otherwise agreed, electric capacity and energy received by Company from Seller will be measured by meters installed and maintained by Company at the Point(s) of Interconnection. When measurement is made at any location other than the Point(s) of Interconnection, suitable adjustment for losses between the point of measurement and the Point(s) of Interconnection will be agreed upon in writing between the Parties hereto and will be applied to all measurements so made. Metered receipts used in energy accounting and applicable billing hereunder will in all cases include adjustment for such losses. Company meters will be positioned at a location to properly account for net Facility output.

METER LOCATION. The metering location shall be located outside in a non-corrosive environment that is accessible to the District for meter reading, disconnects, maintenance, and emergency response. The meter(s) shall be plumb and securely fastened on a permanent structure (vibration free) that is owned and maintained by the Customer or on a District supplied meter pole or padmount transformer.   • Work Location While employed by the Company hereunder, the Executive shall perform his duties (when not traveling or engaged elsewhere in the performance of his duties) at the offices of the Company in Bermuda. The Executive shall travel to such places on the business of the Company in such manner and on such occasions as the Company may from time to time reasonably require.

  • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.)

  • Equipment Location This Contract is for service of the Equipment at the location in the attached EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE hereof. If any unit of Equipment is moved (which movement will in all instances be at Customer's risk and expense), Customer will so notify Contractor.   • Other Locations Except in the event of an emergency or of a planned System shutdown, the Fund’s access to services performed by the System or to Data Access Services at the Designated Locations may be transferred to a different location only upon the prior written consent of State Street. In the event of an emergency or System shutdown, the Fund may use any back-up site included in the Designated Configuration or any other back-up site agreed to by State Street, which agreement will not be unreasonably withheld. The Fund may secure from State Street the right to access the System or the Data Access Services through computer and telecommunications facilities or devices complying with the Designated Configuration at additional locations only upon the prior written consent of State Street and on terms to be mutually agreed upon by the parties.

  • Access to Work Locations Reasonable access to employee work locations shall be granted officers of the Association and their officially designated representatives for the purpose of processing grievances or contacting members of the Association concerning business within the scope of representation. Such officers or representatives shall not enter any work location without the consent of the City Manager. Access shall be restricted so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the department or with established safety or security requirements. Solicitation of membership and activities concerned with the internal management of the Association, such as collecting dues, holding membership meetings, campaigning for office, conducting elections and distributing literature, shall not be conducted during working hours.

  • Designated Equipment; Designated Locations The System and the Data Access Services shall be used and accessed solely on and through the Designated Configuration at the offices of the Fund or the Fund Accountants in Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx xx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx (“Designated Locations”).
