Common use of Merger of Prior Agreements Clause in Contracts

Merger of Prior Agreements. This Agreement, including the exhibits hereto, constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and is intended as a complete and exclusive statement of the promises, representations, discussions, and any other agreements that may have been made in connection with the subject matter hereof are superseded by this Agreement. This Agreement supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings between the Parties hereto relating to the subject matter hereof.

Merger of Prior Agreements. This Agreement, including Agreement and the exhibits hereto, constitutes hereto constitute the entire agreement between the Parties parties and is intended as a complete and exclusive statement of the promises, representations, discussions, and any other agreements that may have been made in connection with the subject matter hereof are superseded by this Agreement. This Agreement supersedes supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements agreements, letters of intent and understandings between the Parties parties hereto relating to the subject matter hereofof this Agreement except the Confidentiality Agreement described at Section 16.14.
