Merchant Support. The Merchant can contact Strex at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ for technical support by e-mail. In cases where Strex performs work which the Merchant is able to perform itself, Strex has the right to invoice the Merchant for each commenced hour of work as set out in Appendix 1.
