MEMORANDUM OF GROUND LEASE. Unless mutually agreed to the contrary, simultaneously with the execution of this Ground Lease, the Board and the Corporation shall each execute, acknowledge and deliver a Memorandum of Ground Lease with respect to this Ground Lease. Said Memorandum of Ground Lease shall not in any circumstances be deemed to change or otherwise to affect any of the obligations or provisions of this Ground Lease.
