Membership Year Sample Clauses
The 'Membership Year' clause defines the specific 12-month period during which a member’s rights, privileges, and obligations are active under an agreement or within an organization. Typically, this period may align with the calendar year or begin on the date a member joins, and it determines when membership fees are due and when benefits are accessible. By clearly establishing the timeframe for membership, this clause ensures clarity for both parties regarding the duration of membership and helps prevent disputes over entitlements or renewal dates.
