Common use of Membership Termination Clause in Contracts

Membership Termination. You may terminate your membership by giving us notice. You may be denied services or expelled for any reason allowed by applicable law, including causing a loss to the Credit Union. If your Regular Share Account balance drops below the $5.00 minimum membership deposit required and is not replenished within forty-five (45) calendar days, as provided in the Credit Union’s Bylaws, your account will be charged a Membership Termination Fee equal to your account balance at that time and your membership will be terminated. Refer to our current Fee Schedule.
