Membership Roster. Names and addresses of Registered Professional Nurses employed to fill positions covered by this Agreement, and all nurses transferred or terminated, shall be furnished, as such changes occur, to the Association by the Health Department. Names of Registered Professional Nurses promoted to permanent positions which are excluded from the bargaining unit shall be provided to the Association so that they are not included in the collective bargaining activities of the Association.

Membership Roster. The College will provide the Union with a list of all members of the bargaining unit, their home address, the campus and department for each individual. The list will be provided to the Union at the start of the fall and spring terms at no cost to the union. Membership Roster. The Secretariat, with the assistance of the Committee Secretary if one is appointed along with the Chairs of any applicable CB, shall prepare and maintain annually an updated membership roster.   • Members (a) A Person shall be admitted as a Member and shall become bound by, and shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound by, the terms of this Agreement if such Person purchases or otherwise lawfully acquires any Share, and such Person shall become the Record Holder of such Share, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. A Person may become a Record Holder without the consent or approval of any of the Members and without physical execution of this Agreement. A Person may not become a Member without acquiring a Share.

  • Memberships The Company will reimburse the Employee for one professional membership which has a business related purpose and is approved by the Company.

  • Country Club Membership Employer agrees to reimburse Executive for reasonable country club membership dues, in accordance with Employer’s policy.
