MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED. The Cooperative is a cooperative corporation and membership in the corporation is required in order to receive service. A consumer shall become a voting member of the Cooperative after complying with the applicable provisions of the Cooperative’s Bylaws.2
MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED. The Employer agrees that all employees shall maintain Union membership in MoveUP (Canadian Office and Professional Employees Union, Local 378) as a condition of employment.
