Membership Place. If a Membership Place is returned, the relevant Member will be asked to nominate a replacement, who need not have been nominated at Stage 1. If the Member fails to make a valid nomination within 14 days of the request or, if earlier, by the end of the Qualifying Tournament, the place will be filled: 7.1.1 if the place was returned on or before the Cut-Off Date, by treating it as a returned Ranking Place (see paragraph 7.3 below); or 7.1.2 if it was returned after the Cut-Off Date, in accordance with paragraphs 7.4 to 7.6 below.
