Common use of Membership Lists Clause in Contracts

Membership Lists. ‌ The City shall monthly provide the Union with an alphabetical list of the names and classifications of Unit members. The Union agrees to notify all Unit members of this provision and to indemnify the City against any suits arising from the implementation of this provision. The Employer shall provide the Union with the name, address, telephone number and job classification of workers hired and/or terminated within thirty (30) days of hire or termination.
