Common use of Membership Lists Clause in Contracts

Membership Lists. The Employer will provide an updated membership list to the Union on the last business day of every month which will include the following information:  employee name  employee identification number  home address  phone number  permanent job title  temporary job title  contract job title  permanent location  temporary location  salary grade  salary grade step level  hourly wage  service date  seniority date
