Membership freeze. Freezing your membership is an opportunity to take a temporary break for a period without paying the ordinary membership fee. When a membership is frozen, the member will not have access to Kraft. All members are entitled to freeze their membership for up to two months during a 12-month period by paying a monthly administration fee. You may arrange this by registering the freeze period via “My page”. During the active binding period, the member may freeze his/her membership for up to two months without incurring a fee. The binding period will then be extended by the same number of months as the membership is frozen. When the binding period has expired, the member is entitled to freeze his/her membership in accordance with the normal “freeze rules” for up to two months per calendar year. This incurs an administration fee of NOK 49 per month. Memberships may only be frozen for complete calendar months. The membership will begin to run again automatically when the agreed freeze period ends. It is not possible to terminate memberships while they are frozen or to freeze a membership during the period of notice. Applications to freeze memberships for longer periods will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Circumstances in which longer freeze periods may be granted include sick leave of more than one month’s duration and temporary posting in connection with work/education and military service. Send a written application supported by relevant documentation to your primary centre. Applications must be made prior to the freeze period or, in the event of injury or illness, as soon as possible after the illness/injury occurs. Freeze of membership with retrospective effect will not be granted. The member will receive a response to their application within 14 days.
Membership freeze. You may put your Membership on hold for any reason for one month. A Freeze is effective only upon advance written notice to the Club, sent to the address as set forth in this Agreement, which notification shall include the period of time to which you request the Freeze apply. In no instance shall a Freeze apply retroactively. During a Freeze, you may not use the Facility or engage in a Training Session. Your admittance key will be disabled during this time. If you pay your Membership Fee in equal monthly installments, you will not be billed during your Freeze; payments shall resume upon the expiration of your Freeze. Your Membership Expiration Date will be extended by one month. You may only suspend your membership once during a 12- month period.
Membership freeze. Swing Zone offers members the ability to temporarily suspend, or “freeze,” their monthly membership when they know in advance they will not be using their membership benefits at Swing Zone for an extended period. Memberships freezes can only be used one time per membership. Membership freeze can only last up to 3 months. A membership may be placed on freeze with a 30-day written notice from a member to Swing Zone. The months on freeze do not apply toward the member’s 12- month initial term. Freeze fee is not applicable toward any other purchase at Swing Zone and is non-refundable. Members may still visit a Swing Zone on a purchase-per-visit basis; Monthly membership perks will not apply on these visits. A membership freeze cannot begin prior to Swing Zone receiving written notice from the member stating his/her intent to freeze and the intended duration of the freeze; an end-freeze date is required at the time of the request. Membership freeze. Member acknowledges and agrees that Fitness Center as a courtesy to its Member’s will allow Member to “Freeze” its membership upon Member submitting a “Freeze” form to the Front Desk, by mail, fax, or email according to the terms and conditions set out herein. Member acknowledges and agrees that Fitness Center will Freeze Member’s membership only upon providing the written notice by the 19th of the month for future months’ membership Freeze. Member acknowledges and agrees that Xxxxxx requests may only be for a minimum one month period first to last day of month and maximum 3-month period per calendar 12 month period, with the only exceptions to this policy being Freeze requests for Members on active military duty or medical reasons accompanied by a letter from a physician stating a condition that prevents Member from exercising. Member acknowledges and agrees that Fitness Center will charge a $5.00 maintenance fee in lieu of monthly dues per month which will be charged according to same terms and conditions of regular membership dues. Maintenance fees do not take the place of a 12M initial membership payment plan. Agreement end date will be extended by the freeze period. Member acknowledges and agrees that Fitness Center will automatically resume billing membership dues at the end of the Freeze period. Member acknowledges and agrees that any changes regarding the dates of Xxxxxx requests must be made in writing according to the same terms for an original Freeze request as stated herein. Medical Examination: Member acknowledges and attests that Member has been advised by Fitness Center to have a complete physical examination by a licensed physician before beginning any exercise program. Member further acknowledges and attests that Member has been advised by Fitness Center that if Member has a history or is at a greater risk for cardiovascular disease, heart problems, circulation problems, lung disease, or any other medical or health problems the Member should consult and get approval from a licensed health care provider before beginning any exercise program. Member acknowledges and attests that Member has been advised by Fitness Center that if Member is a woman and is pregnant or thinks she may be pregnant that Member should consult and get approval from their licensed health care provider before beginning any work out or exercise program.
Membership freeze. Under no circumstances shall a Member be permitted to put their membership on hold (a/k/a, a “freeze”).
Membership freeze. Members may put their membership on hold (a/k/a, a “freeze”) for any reason for a minimum of one month, a maximum of 12 months or any number of whole months in between. You must notify the Club, in writing, at the address set forth on the membership agreement, of the dates you wish to put your membership on hold and by signing a “Freeze Form.” During this freeze period you will not be billed your regular monthly dues and you may not use the Club or any of its programs or services. Where permitted, you will be charged a fee of $15 for each month that you remain on hold. Following the expiration of your freeze period, you will automatically be billed your regular monthly dues. Your commitment period will be extended by the amount of time your membership is on hold.
Membership freeze. If you are current in dues and in good standing, you may request a one–to–three (1-3) consecutive month freeze once per calendar year. The Jayhawk Club will have the sole discretion to grant the request for membership freeze, and, if the request is granted, you will be charged ½ of your monthly dues (+ tax) per month on leave and your initial membership term shall be extended by the length of the freeze period. A written freeze request form must be completed and approved by The Jayhawk Club no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the beginning of your first month of absence.
Membership freeze. 7.1. Provided that the fees have been paid and are up-to-date, you have the right to freeze your membership for a minimum of 2 month and maximum of 6 months per year. You may do this by either emailing to the address outlined in Section 2.4, or by completing a freeze form. You must give no less than 1 months’ notice of the date which you wish your membership to be suspended.
Membership freeze. An annual membership may be frozen a maximum of 3 months during the initial 12-month contract and any year thereafter. Membership freezes for medical reasons, accompanied by a doctor’s note do not incur a fee. Long-term medical freezes are possible when accompanied by the direct order and prescription of your primary care provider. To freeze the membership for any other reason will result in a $25 administrative fee to be collected at the time of the request. All requests to freeze must be done in writing or in person at the Hempfield recCenter. A freeze form must be completed. CANCELLATION and FEES. Memberships are for a minimum of 12 months. After the initial 12-month term, if you choose to cancel your EFT membership it must be done in person at the Hempfield recCenter at least 7 days prior to the end of the month. Cancellation requests made after that time are subject to the upcoming month’s payment. Early cancellation of contract will result in one additional month of payment. I authorize Hempfield recCenter to initiate debit entries from the bank account, debit/credit card attached to my account and if necessary, initiate adjustments to entries done in error. This authorization shall continue until Xxxxxxxxx recCenter has received written notification from me. I agree to pay all membership fees in accordance with this contract. Membership freeze. The Member may freeze his/her membership up to one month at a time and up to three (3) months in a one year period for a seven dollar ($7.00) fee for each month frozen. Medical or military freezes may exceed three (3) months with appropriate documentation. In no event shall any freeze exceed one (1) year.
