Common use of Membership Cancellation Clause in Contracts

Membership Cancellation. If a member requests to cancel their membership, this takes immediate effect from the date the cancellation request is received in writing by the GSF team, and all member benefits and rights cease at that time. GSF reserves the right to cancel membership at any time for reasons that contravene this agreement. In cases such as these, a review process will be undertaken prior to cancellation and the member will be informed of this.
