Members Without Units Sample Clauses
The "Members Without Units" clause defines the status and rights of individuals who are part of an organization or association but do not belong to a specific sub-group, division, or unit within that entity. In practice, this clause outlines how such members participate in organizational activities, vote, or receive communications, and may specify any limitations or special provisions that apply to them compared to members who are assigned to units. Its core function is to ensure clarity regarding the inclusion and treatment of these members, preventing ambiguity about their role and entitlements within the broader organization.
Members Without Units. Notwithstanding any provision in this Article VI to the contrary, no allocation or distribution shall be made to any Member who does not own a Unit.
