Members of the Armed Forces. If you are a covered member of the armed forces within the meaning of the Military Lending Act, you are not required to arbitrate any dispute with us to which that Act applies.

Members of the Armed Forces. Reserve Corps or of the National Guard or 5 Naval Militia are entitled to a temporary military leave, not to exceed one- 6 hundred eighty (180) days, and will receive their regular salaries for the first 7 thirty (30) calendar days of such leave. The employee shall make every 8 effort to schedule the training duty at a time which will not conflict with 9 regular school duties. If duty is required during the school year, the 10 employee is to notify the Human Resources Department five (5) days in 11 advance of the assigned duty.
