Member Schedule. The Company shall maintain one or more schedules of all of the Members from time to time, including their respective mailing addresses, number of Units held and Percentage Interests (such schedules, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, collectively the “Member Schedule”). A copy of the Member Schedule with respect to the Members holding Units as of the Effective Date is attached as Schedule I.

Member Schedule. The name and address of each Member of the Company, as well as the Class A Percentage Interest and Class B Percentage Interest held by such Member, are set forth on the Member Schedule. The Administrative Member, without the requirement of consent by any Member, shall make such revisions or amendments to the Member Schedule as are necessary from time to time to reflect changes effected in accordance with this Agreement in the membership of the Company, including changes to the relative Class A Percentage Interests and Class B Percentage Interests of the Members, and to update the notice information of the parties in accordance with Section 13.2.

  • Progress Schedule The Contractor, within ten (10) working days of receiving notice of the award of the contract, shall prepare and submit for the State's and Architect's information an estimated progress schedule for the Work. The progress schedule shall be related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents, and shall provide for expeditious and practicable execution of the Work.

  • Pay Schedule 48.1 The regularly scheduled payday shall be bi-weekly, every other Thursday.

  • Shift Schedule The words "shift schedule" when used in this Agreement shall mean a timetable of the shifts and off days assigned to a position or group of positions which commences at the beginning of a pay period and includes one complete rotation of said shifts.
