Member Request for Food or Goods. If a member wishes to utilize their Supply set aside by the Company for the Member, the Member must provide a written request to the Company for the specific foods and goods requested. The Member may request a portion of the Supply or the entire Supply at any time. If the Member requests a portion of the Supply, then the portion requested must use the same increment in which the Supply was initially purchased (partial increments are not permitted). For example, if three one-month increments were purchased, then the Member’s request to ship a portion of the supply must be in increments of a one- month supply. Upon receipt of the Member’s request, the Company shall process the request in a reasonable timeframe and shall send the Member a confirmation of the requested order and an estimated timeframe for delivery. A Member must be an active Member of the Company to receive their Supply or requested portion of the Supply.

  • Request for a Panel 1. Unless the Parties agree on a different period for consultations, a complaining Party may request in writing the establishment of a Panel if the consultation referred to in the Article 176 (Consultations) fails to resolve a matter within 60 days, after the date of receipt of the request for consultations or 50 days in case of urgent matters. 2. The complaining Party shall deliver the request to the other Party, indicating at least, the reason of the request, the identification of the measure, an indication of the provision of this Agreement that it considers relevant and an indication of the legal basis of the complaint. The Panel will be considered as established on the date of receipt of the corresponding request to the other Party. 3. Unless otherwise agreed by the disputing Parties, the Panel shall be selected and perform its functions in a manner consistent with the provisions of this Chapter.

  • Request for Hearing The employee must file a written request for hearing within fifteen calendar days of receipt of the Notice of Dismissal or Suspension. Filing means receipt in the office designated no later than regular close of business on the last day of the filing period.   • Purchase Order Requirements Customers shall use a Request for Quote per section 287.056(2), Florida Statutes, when making purchases off of this State Term Contract. Customers shall issue Request for Quotes to at least 25 vendors approved to provide IT Staff Augmentation services in accordance with section 287.0591(5), Florida Statutes. Customers shall order services from the Request for Quote via a Purchase Order with the Customers’ selected Contractor. The terms of the Purchase Order shall not conflict with the terms and conditions established by this Contract. In accepting a Purchase Order, the Contractor recognizes its responsibility for all tasks and deliverables contained therein, warrants that it has fully informed itself of all relevant factors affecting accomplishment of the tasks and deliverables and agrees to be fully accountable for the performance thereof.

  • Transfer Requests The Partnership agrees to use its Reasonable Best Efforts to promptly process, and to cause the Exchange Agent to promptly process, all sale or other transfer requests relating to the Contributor Units that are exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act.

  • Request for clarification of the report 1. Within 10 days of the release of the report, either of the disputing Parties may submit a written request to the Panel, a copy of which shall be sent to the other Party, for clarification of any items the Party considers requires further explanation or definition. 2. The Panel shall respond to the request within 10 days following the submission of such request. The clarification of the Panel shall only be a more precise explanation or definition of the original contents of the report, and not an amendment of such report. 3. The filing of this request for clarification will not postpone the effect of the Panel report nor the deadline for compliance of the adopted decision, unless the Panel decides otherwise.
