Common use of Member Obligations Clause in Contracts

Member Obligations. The liability of Seller, each Member, and each Principal hereunder shall be joint and several. Where in this Agreement provision is made for any action to be taken or not taken by Seller, Members and Principals jointly and severally undertake to cause Seller to take or not take such action, as the case may be.
