Member Engagement Clause Samples

The Member Engagement clause outlines the expectations and requirements for members to actively participate in the activities, meetings, or initiatives of an organization or group. Typically, this clause specifies the minimum level of involvement required, such as attending a certain number of meetings, contributing to discussions, or participating in committees or events. By clearly defining what constitutes adequate engagement, the clause helps ensure that all members contribute to the organization's goals and prevents issues arising from inactive or disengaged members.
