Common use of Member Conduct Clause in Contracts

Member Conduct. You agree to conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times, and that all interactions with our employees, other members and volunteers will be conducted professionally. Examples of unprofessional behavior include, but are not limited to, verbal abuse, profanity, threats and physical abuse. You agree that if we decide that you have acted unprofessionally toward our employees, other members and volunteers, on or near credit union property, or in the course of transacting credit union business through any known personal or electronic means, that we have the right to limit your access to any or all of our branches and/or any or all of our services. Limitation of services will not relieve you of any loan or other debt obligation that you owe us.
