Member Clubs. In the event the annual aggregate revenues NOTE#1 (excluding Grey Cup revenue) of all Member Clubs in the C.F.L. combined, are increased by greater than 27 million NOTE#2 on an annual year-over-year basis (beginning with 2021 compared to 2020), the C.F.L.P.A., C.F.L. and C.F.L.P.R.C. agree to negotiate an increase to the salary expenditure cap for the remainder of the term of this Agreement. Should there be no agreement on the increase of the salary expenditure cap for the remainder of the term of this Agreement after 90 days of negotiations, the parties agree that the Collective Agreement will terminate effective May 31st, 2021, and the parties agree to take all steps necessary to ensure that this Agreement will have a term that expires on May 31st, 2021, including, if necessary, a joint application to their respective Labour Boards for early termination of the Collective Agreement effective May 31st, 2021. NOTE #1: Revenues equal ticket sales to C.F.L. football games (exclusive of service charges and taxes), broadcast rights, and sponsorship and licensing royalties. Ticket sales include regular season, pre-season and play-off (excluding Grey Cup), gate receipts including ticket revenue from luxury boxes, suites and any premium seating.   • Member The Member owns 100% of the limited liability company interests in the Company.

  • Members (a) A Person shall be admitted as a Member and shall become bound by, and shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound by, the terms of this Agreement if such Person purchases or otherwise lawfully acquires any Share, and such Person shall become the Record Holder of such Share, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. A Member may be a Class A Member, a Class B Member and or Class C Member, and, in such case, shall have the rights and obligation accorded to the Class A Ordinary Shares with respect to such Class A Ordinary Shares or the rights and obligation accorded to the Class A Preferred Shares with respect to such Class A Preferred Shares, as applicable, the rights and obligations accorded to the Class B Ordinary Shares with respect to such Class B Ordinary Shares and the rights and obligations accorded to the Class C Ordinary Share with respect to such Class C Ordinary Share. A Person may become a Record Holder without the consent or approval of any of the Members and without physical execution of this Agreement. A Person may not become a Member without acquiring a Share.

  • Membership Dues Association membership dues, as explicitly approved by the Trustees;

  • Professional Memberships Each employee is eligible for reimbursement for membership fees or dues paid for the maintenance of a license required to perform employee’s job and for dues paid for membership in one additional job related professional association.

  • Employer Union Relations 7.1 Representation at Meetings with the Employer No employee or group of employees shall undertake to represent the Union at meetings with the Employer without the proper authorization of the Union. To implement this, the Union shall supply the Employer with the names of its officers and, similarly, the Employer shall supply the Union with a list of its supervisory or other personnel with whom the Union may be required to transact business.

  • Association Membership In accordance with applicable laws, the Employer/Appointing Authority shall not discriminate against, interfere with, restrain or coerce an employee from exercising their right to join or not to join the Association, or participate in an official capacity on behalf of the Association, which is in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Association shall not discriminate against, interfere with, restrain or coerce an employee from exercising the right to join or not to join the Association, and will not discriminate against any employee in the administration of this Agreement because of non- membership in the Association.

  • Partnership Funds Pending application or distribution, the funds of the Partnership shall be deposited in such bank account or accounts, or invested in such interest-bearing or non-interest bearing investment, including, without limitation, checking and savings accounts, certificates of deposit and time or demand deposits in commercial banks, U.S. government securities and securities guaranteed by U.S. government agencies as shall be designed by the General Partner. Such funds shall not be commingled with funds of any other Person. Withdrawals therefrom shall be made upon such signatures as the General Partner may designate.

  • Hospital-Association Committee (a) There shall be a Hospital-Association Committee comprised of representatives of the Hospital, one of whom shall be the Chief Nursing Officer or designate and of the Association, one of whom shall be the Bargaining Unit President or designate. The number of representatives is set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions and the membership of the Committee may be expanded by mutual agreement.

  • Management Committee The Members shall act collectively through meetings as a "committee of the whole," which is hereby named the "Management Committee." The Management Committee shall conduct its affairs in accordance with the following provisions and the other provisions of this Agreement:

  • JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 18.01 A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.
