Member Billing. Provider agrees that it shall not submit claims to or demand or otherwise collect reimbursement from a CYBHI Fee Schedule program beneficiaries, including Medi-Cal members, or from other persons on behalf of the program beneficiary, for any service included in the CYBHI Fee Schedule program’s scope of benefits.
