The 'Member Agencies' clause defines which organizations or entities are recognized as official members under the agreement. Member Agencies. The member agencies are school districts, community college districts, county offices of education and similar public agencies listed on Exhibit 1. An agency may join upon execution of this Agreement and an affirmative vote of the majority of the SEAC Board.
Member Agencies. StanCOG shall be composed of the County of Stanislaus and the Cities of Ceres, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Oakdale, Patterson, Riverbank, Turlock, and Waterford, together hereinafter referred to as the Member Agencies.
Member Agencies. The Member Agencies shall be the Central Water District, the City of Santa ▇▇▇▇, the County of Santa ▇▇▇▇, and the Soquel Creek Water District, as long as they have not, pursuant to the provisions hereof, withdrawn from this Agreement.
Member Agencies. Member Agencies (Political sub-divisions) are acknowledged as parties to this agreement, because they are the recipients of dispatch and communications services through their respective Law Enforcement, Fire, and Emergency Medical Services departments.
Member Agencies. The Agency shall be composed of the County of Monterey and the City of Salinas, initially. Any other jurisdiction not named as a party to this Agreement who later wishes to join the Agency, may do so if approved by a vote of three-fourths (3/4) or more, of the Board of Directors of the Agency. Said approval shall be conditioned upon the Joint Facility having sufficient capacity to accommodate the new participant’s needs, and the adoption of a resolution by the new jurisdiction’s governing body authorizing execution of an agreement that shall bind them to fully participate financially in the Agency. The new participants shall also be required to provide a “buy-in” contribution as set forth in Section 2.10.
Member Agencies. This Agreement shall take effect for a subsequent new party immediately upon its execution by said party.
Member Agencies. Any Public CCA Agency, or other public agency determined by the Board to be eligible pursuant to Section 3.02, may become a Member upon meeting the following conditions:
(a) The Public CCA Agency or other eligible public agency shall file with the Board a certified copy of a resolution of its governing body whereby it (i) agrees to the provisions of this Agreement, and (ii) requests to become a Member; and
(b) No such Public CCA Agency or other eligible public agency shall become a Member until
Member Agencies. In addition to the obligations set forth in this Agreement, the Member Agencies shall each also perform all the obligations set forth in the document entitled “OGL Concept of Operations: Roles and Responsibilities”, attached hereto as Exhibit 6. Furthermore, the Member Agencies each individually agree that they shall not interfere with MARC’s exercise of its obligations under this Agreement, including, but not limited to MARC’s deployment of the regional signal timing and on-going operations of the Regional Traffic Control System.
Member Agencies a. The County, Special Districts, Cities and Towns who enter into this Agreement by February 28, 1998.
b. The County, any Special District and any City or TownA public agency may be considered for Mmembership in the Authority after February 28, 1998, by presenting-an adopted resolution to the Board which includes a request to become a Member of the AuthorityAgency.
c. The Board shall accept a proposed Member Agencys upon a majority affirmative vote of the quorum, upon payment of any Board determined fee and interest, and upon satisfaction of any conditions established by the Board as a prerequisite for mMembership.
Member Agencies. Department of Environment and Climate Change (DECC), Department of Water and Energy (DWE), NSW Fire Brigade, NSW Maritime, Parramatta Park Trust (PPT), Sydney Metropolitan Catchment Management Authority (SMCMA), and Sydney Water (SW).
