Requirements means and include schedules, details, description, statement of technical data, performance characteristics, standards (Indian as well as International) as applicable and specified in the Contract.
Eligibility Requirements means, with respect to any Person, that such Person (i) has total assets (in name or under management) in excess of $600,000,000 and (except with respect to a pension advisory firm or similar fiduciary) capital/statutory surplus or shareholder’s equity of $250,000,000 and (ii) is regularly engaged in the business of making or owning commercial real estate loans or operating commercial mortgage properties.
Criteria means one of the eight (8) state defined categories to be scored.
Eligibility Requirement means all eligibility requirements and other qualification requirements for a person to act in the applicable Corporate Trust Capacity under any Appointment as set forth in the related Corporate Trust Contract, including any required authorizations or licenses from the Federal National Mortgage Association, the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, the Government National Mortgage Association, the Federal Housing Administration, the Federal Home Loan Bank or the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Established Grade means that grade established by the City for the particular area in which a sidewalk is to be constructed.
Eligibility Criteria means the legal criteria as specified in the Clause 5 of this E- Auction Process Information Document;
Eligibility means the decision as to whether an individual qualifies, under financial and nonfinancial requirements, to receive program benefits.
Standards means: any standards published by BSI British Standards, the National Standards Body of the United Kingdom, the International Organisation for Standardisation or other reputable or equivalent bodies (and their successor bodies) that a skilled and experienced operator in the same type of industry or business sector as the Supplier would reasonably and ordinarily be expected to comply with; any standards detailed in the specification in Framework Schedule 1 (Digital Services) or Framework Schedule 6 (Standards and Security); any standards detailed by the Customer in this Contract or as agreed between the Parties from time to time; any relevant Government codes of practice and guidance applicable from time to time.
Independent educational evaluation means an evaluation conducted by a qualified examiner who is not employed by the public agency responsible for the education of the child in question.
ASAM criteria means the most current edition of the American Society of Addiction Medicine's published criteria for admission to treatment, continued services, and discharge.
Review Criteria has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 12.02(b)(i).
Alternative education program means a school or separate class group designed to best serve students’ educational needs and interests and assist students in achieving the academic standards of the district and the state.
accredited laboratory means an analytical facility accredited by the Standards Council of Canada (SCC), or accredited by another accrediting agency recognized by Manitoba Conservation and Climate to be equivalent to the SCC, or be able to demonstrate, upon request, that it has the quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures in place equivalent to accreditation based on the international standard ISO/IEC 17025, or otherwise approved by the Director;
Approved laboratory means a laboratory that is listed in the national conference of interstate milk shipments list of sanitation compliance and enforcement ratings distributed by the United States food and drug administration and as approved by the director.
Eligible Citizen means a Person qualified to own interests in real property in jurisdictions in which any Group Member does business or proposes to do business from time to time, and whose status as a Limited Partner or Assignee does not or would not subject such Group Member to a significant risk of cancellation or forfeiture of any of its properties or any interest therein.
Evaluation Criteria means the criteria set out under the clause 27 (Evaluation Process) of this Part C, which includes the Qualifying Criteria, Functional Criteria and Price and Preferential Points Assessment.
Identity Theft means a fraud committed or attempted using the identifying information of another person without authority.
Eligible Vehicle means a Vehicle (which includes, for the avoidance of doubt, a Service Vehicle) in Spain, Germany, The Netherlands, Italy or France (as applicable):
Fitch Criteria means the Collateral Amount shall equal the sum of (i) the product of A multiplied by the xxxx-to-market value of the outstanding Transactions determined by Party A in good faith from time to time, and (ii) the product of B multiplied by the current aggregate notional amount of the outstanding Transactions, where:
Nomination Criteria means the criteria made up of the Over-Riding Nomination Criteria andthe Specific Nomination Factors, and is also referred to as “this Criteria”.
Program Requirements means certain minimum program entry requirements as well as ongoing program requirements, to be fulfilled by Partner, some of which are general PartnerEdge requirements, some of which are specific for the “Sell Engagement” and some of which are specific for the different “Cloud” Product Families, including, without limitation payment of the Program Fee(s), meeting certain minimum annual revenue requirements, upholding a Sell Authorization for at least one “Cloud” Product Family and other requirements as set out in detail in the PartnerEdge Program Guide and the RSPI.

Cooperative education program means a written voluntary agreement between and among districts to provide certain educational programs for pupils in certain groups of districts. The written agreement shall be approved by all affected districts at least annually and shall specify the educational programs to be provided and the estimated number of pupils from each district who will participate in the educational programs.
Investment Criteria The criteria specified in Section 12.2(a).
Inclusionary development means a development containing both affordable units and market rate units. This term includes, but is not necessarily limited to: new construction, the conversion of a non-residential structure to residential and the creation of new affordable units through the reconstruction of a vacant residential structure.
