Common use of Meetings of the Partners Clause in Contracts

Meetings of the Partners. (a) Meetings of the Partners may be called by the General Partner and shall be called upon the written request of any other Partner. The call shall state the nature of the business to be transacted. Notice of any such meeting shall be given to all Partners not less than seven (7) Business Days nor more than thirty (30) days prior to the date of such meeting. Partners may vote in person, by proxy or by telephone at such meeting. Whenever the vote or consent of Partners is permitted or required under the Agreement, such vote or consent may be given at a meeting of Partners or may be given in accordance with the procedure prescribed in Section 9.03 hereof.

Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, the vote of the Managing General Partner shall control.

Except as otherwise expressly provided in the Agreement, the vote of a Majority in Interest of the Partners shall control.

Whenever the vote or consent of Partners is permitted or required under the Agreement, such vote or consent may be given at a meeting of Partners or may be given in accordance with the procedure prescribed in Section 9.03 hereof8.3. Except as otherwise expressly provided in the Agreement, the vote of a Majority of the Partners shall control.
