Meetings/ Activities Sample Clauses

The Meetings/Activities clause outlines the procedures and expectations for organizing and conducting meetings or activities related to the agreement. It typically specifies how meetings are scheduled, who must attend, and the manner in which activities are coordinated or reported. For example, it may require regular status meetings between parties or set guidelines for collaborative events. This clause ensures that all parties remain informed and engaged, promoting effective communication and coordination throughout the duration of the agreement.
Meetings/ Activities. Provisions of this Section do not apply to SUCCESS employees who routinely attend morning/evening meetings and work a flexible schedule.
