Common use of Meeting Schedule Clause in Contracts

Meeting Schedule. Meetings shall be held when mutually agreed upon at times that are mutually acceptable to both parties. Prior to each meeting the Local Chapter President and Human Resources Director will develop an Agenda for each meeting. The parties agree that new employee orientation, work place respect, and structure of the medical insurance benefit are appropriate topics for the Committee’s work. The Committee shall meet on approximately a quarterly basis, or more often if warranted by issues of mutual concern to the parties.
