Meeting by Telephone. Members of the Board of Directors or of any committee thereof may participate in meetings of the Board of Directors or of such committee by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and such participation shall constitute presence in person at such meeting.
Meeting by Telephone. The meeting of the Partners may be held by telephone conference or similar communications equipment.
Meeting by Telephone. Any Trustee may participate in a meeting of the Trustees or any committee thereof by means of a conference telephone or other communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other and a Trustee so participating shall be considered for the purposes of this Contract of Trust to be present in person at that meeting.

A Member participating in a meeting by this means is deemed to be present in person at the meeting.

If all the directors consent, a director may participate in a meeting of the Board or of a committee of the Board by means of such telephone or other communications facilities as permit all persons participating in the meeting to hear each other, and a director participating in such a meeting by such means is deemed to be present at the meeting. Any such consent shall be effective whether given before or after the meeting to which it relates and may be given with respect to all meetings of the Board and of committees of the Board held while a director holds office.
Meeting by Telephone. If all the shareholders entitled to vote at the meeting consent, a shareholder or any other person entitled to attend a meeting of shareholders may participate in the meeting by means of telephone or other communication facilities that permit all persons participating in the meeting to hear each other, and a person participating in such a meeting by those means is deemed, for the purposes of the by-laws or the Act, to be present at the meeting. Any such consent shall be effective whether given before or after the meeting to which it relates. A meeting where all persons participate in the meeting by means of telephone or other telecommunication facilities shall be deemed to have been held at the Corporation's registered office unless otherwise determined by such meeting.

Any action required or permitted to be taken by the Board of Directors or any committee thereof may be taken by means of a meeting by telephone conference or similar communications method so long as all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other. Any person participating in such meeting shall be deemed to be present in person at such meeting.
Meeting by Telephone. Any or all Directors may participate in a meeting by conference telephone or any other means of communication by which all Directors participating may simultaneously hear each other during the meeting. A Director participating in a meeting by this means is deemed to be present in person at the meeting.
