In order to make the most out of your psychiatry visit, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork; make a list of your questions to concerns; Share your expectations and how we can help you; keep track of your symptoms and how they change. If you are starting a new medication and increasing the dosage, please be sure you schedule an appointment with the prescriber to discuss your response to the medication. If you have unexpected or intolerable side effects, call your provider immediately. If you need to refill your medications, contact your pharmacy or send a request through MyChart at least 24\u201372 business hours in advance.
