Medical Supervision. The City of Xxxxxxx shall utilize the Physician Medical Director under contract with Xxxxxx County agreed upon by the City of Xxxxxxx and in compliance with the State of Idaho. City of Xxxxxxx personnel shall follow the EMS protocols established by the controlling medical director or their designee. The City of Xxxxxxx further agrees to adhere to, as a minimum standard, the State of Idaho EMS Bureau Paramedic Protocols, as amended, with respect to medical acts not governed by the protocols developed by the Xxxxxx County Physician Medical Director.
