MEDICAL SEVERANCE. Upon termination, the employer will provide one week’s severance pay for each year of service to regular employees who are not eligible to retire and who are unable to continue in their own job or in an accommodated position with the employer but who are not in receipt of Long Term Disability benefits or WorkSafeBC benefits.
