Common use of Medical Procedure Clause in Contracts

Medical Procedure. ‌ Non-medical school district personnel shall not be allowed to perform invasive medical services that require special medical knowledge, nursing judgment or nursing assessment. These procedures include but are not limited to sterile cauterization, nasogastric tube feeding and cleaning and maintaining a tracheostomy or deep suctioning of a tracheotomy. Aides will not be required to administer injectable medication except in emergency situations.
