Medical Officer of Health definition

Medical Officer of Health means the Medical Officer of Health for the Regional Municipality of York;
Medical Officer of Health means the medical officer of health appointed by the local government or other person performing the duties of such office for the time being under the provisions of this Act.

Medical Officer of Health means the officer appointed by Council or any other person acting in the capacity of the medical officer of health;

Medical Officer of Health means the Director of Medical Services, any Government Medical Officer, any medical practitioner appointed by the Director of Medical Services to act as Medical Officer of Health in any area specified in such appointment, and the Medical Officer of Health of a city council, municipal council or township council;
