Medical Leave Incentive Program. Each permanent full time employee continuously employed for a period of (1) year who has accrued ninety-six (96) hours of medical leave is eligible for medical leave incentive, at the end of the following medical leave award year. A ninety-six (96) hour mandatory balance is required in an attempt to adequately cover employees for periods of illness or injury.
