Medical      for Immediate Family. Each employee shall be allowed three (3) paid days leave of absence, or necessary portion thereof, to travel to another area for a medical appointment for a member of immediate family. Proof of this visit in the form of a medical certificate shall be provided by the employee. Leave granted for this purpose shall not exceed three (3) paid days per school fiscal year. In the event that the premium reduction under the Insurance Act, becomes no longer applicable to the Employer, the utilization of such leave shall be deducted from the employee's sick leave entitlement. For purposes of Articles and immediate family means the employee's parent, spouse, common law spouse, child, or other relative who permanently resides with the employee.
