Common use of Medical Expenses Clause in Contracts

Medical Expenses. If employees are injured as the result of a student assault while engaged in the performance of the employee's duties, the District shall reimburse the employee for necessary medical, dental, hospital and surgical expenses in excess of those expenses covered by the District insurance and/or worker's compensation.
