Common use of Medical Certifications Clause in Contracts

Medical Certifications. An FAA medical certificate first-class is required for all Instructor Pilots. An FAA medical certificate second-class is required for all Technical, Safety, and Standards Pilots. Any bargaining unit employee assigned a statement of work for which the FAA, ICAO, NAA, or other applicable agency requires a first-class medical certificate or equivalent will be required to obtain and maintain the required medical certificate.
