Medical Activities Clause Samples
The "Medical Activities" clause defines the scope and limitations of medical services or procedures that may be performed under the agreement. Typically, it outlines which medical activities are permitted, who is authorized to perform them, and any necessary compliance with applicable laws or professional standards. For example, it may specify that only licensed healthcare professionals can administer certain treatments or that all activities must adhere to local health regulations. This clause ensures that all parties understand the boundaries of permissible medical conduct, thereby reducing legal risk and promoting patient safety.
