Mediation under Article X, Class Size. 5.1 Grievances alleging violation of Sections 1 and/or 2 of Article X, Class Size, if not resolved at Level I, may be submitted to mediation. Mediation, if requested, shall occur before Level II review, and shall be arranged for through the State Mediation and Conciliation Service.
