Common use of Mediation or Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Mediation or Arbitration. Contractor agrees to and shall participate in any mediation or arbitration between the Client and any customer of the City of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ if requested by the Client. The contractor shall be paid $350 per hour of participation.
